Christos Tsilikis

Dr. Christos Tsilikis is a social scientist specializing in social economy, cooperative development, and project management. He has extensive experience in designing, managing, and implementing national and European projects related to social entrepreneurship, education, and social innovation. As a Scientific and Technical Advisor, he has supported numerous public and private organizations in strategic planning, funding acquisition, and project execution. He has authored numerous scientific articles, a book, and has participated in several research projects on social and cooperative economy.



Gakou Marialena

Gakou Eleni-Maria (Marialena) is a graduate of the Sociology Department of Panteion University. She holds a master's degree in Sociology, specializing in Social Exclusion and Human Rights, with her thesis examining issues of sexual orientation and gender identity. She has published a series of articles on both sociological and criminological topics in scientific journals and newspapers. She participated as a speaker at the 2nd International Conference on Contemporary Social Sciences while, she has been a member of an interdisciplinary research team of a program run by the Center for the Study of Crime (CESC). The last few years she works as a data analyst. 



Foteini Lampropoulou

Foteini Lampropoulou is the Chief Operations Officer and a senior Project Manager at Cooperative Intelligence. She leads the organization’s operational strategy, focusing on streamlining internal processes and maintaining high-quality standards across all project management functions, particularly those involving European cooperation and non-formal education. Based in the Strategic Management department, she brings multi-year experience in managing complex initiatives that support long-term social and economic participation. As the legal representative, she plays a vital role in ensuring that collaborative efforts meet both operational excellence and the strategic goals of promoting digital readiness and social responsibility.

Zoe Metaxa

Zoe Metaxa serves as a Career Counselor and consultant for Cooperative Intelligence, specializing in supported employment and vocational guidance for vulnerable populations. She provides expert counseling tailored to individuals who face structural barriers to education and the labor market, ensuring that social inclusion is at the heart of the organization’s mission. Her role is essential in
developing practical methodologies that build confidence and initiative among young people, helping them navigate entrepreneurial environments through personalized support and inclusive guidance that recognizes individual potential over perceived limitations.
