Social Capital Index Development (SCI) {update Nov 3, 2025}

As part of this project, we are currently identifying the most valid and reliable statistical sources to inform the development of our indicators. At the same time, we are designing appropriate methodologies and measurement scales to capture the multifaceted dimensions of social capital across regions. The research is progressing according to the established timeline , ensuring scientific rigor, consistency, and the creation of a robust and credible Social Capital Index for Greece.

Research

Cooperative Intelligence is conducting a nationwide research project to map the cooperative landscape in Greece. The aim of the study is to collect, analyze, and visualize data related to the structure, activities, and needs of cooperatives across all sectors. This initiative aspires to become a reference point for cooperative policy, providing reliable data to support the design of development strategies, partnerships, and public interventions.
